Welcome to MCR Gifts. By using our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your order.

At MCR Gifts, we are committed to providing quality personalized gifts, custom products, and friendly customer service. These terms are designed to help avoid misunderstandings and make sure every order is handled clearly and fairly.

Disclaimer

Prices, product details, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep our website accurate, mistakes can happen. If an item is listed with an incorrect price, description, promotion, or availability, MCR Gifts reserves the right to correct the error.

If an error affects your order, we may contact you by phone or email and give you the option to accept the corrected information or cancel the order before production begins. This is based on the same type of pricing and availability protection included in Dyecraft Direct’s policy.

Order Review

Before submitting your order, please carefully review all details, including:

Product selection
Quantity
Size
Color
Personalized wording
Names and dates
Uploaded images or artwork
Shipping address
Billing information

Once an order is submitted and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Many MCR Gifts products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, personalized and custom products are generally considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for making sure all spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, sizes, and design details are correct before approving or submitting an order.

If a proof or preview is provided, please review it carefully. Once approved, we are not responsible for customer-approved mistakes, including spelling errors, wrong names, incorrect dates, low-quality photos, sizing issues, or design placement concerns.

Artwork, Photos, and Copyright Responsibility

By placing an order and submitting artwork, logos, photos, images, or design files, you certify that:

You own the rights to the artwork, or
You have permission or a license to reproduce the artwork.

We will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you have the legal right to use it. By submitting your file, you accept full responsibility for the content provided.

MCR Gifts reserves the right to refuse any artwork, image, logo, phrase, or design that may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property laws.

File Quality and Color

Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality files and images. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, cropped, pixelated, or screenshot images may not print clearly.

Colors may also appear different from what you see on your phone, computer, or tablet screen. Screen brightness, display settings, printing materials, and production methods may affect the final color.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless color matching is requested and approved before production. Color matching may require an additional fee and extra production time.

Payments

Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless otherwise approved by MCR Gifts.

We may accept major credit cards, debit cards, online payment methods, or other approved payment options shown at checkout.

Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout at the time the order is placed. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

Promotions may change or end at any time without notice.

Cancellations

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once design work has started, materials have been prepared, or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

If a cancellation is approved after work has started, a cancellation or design fee may apply.

Returns and Refunds

All custom-made and personalized products are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by MCR Gifts.

We are not responsible for:

Low-resolution files
Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
Spelling errors submitted by the customer
Design errors submitted by the customer
Incorrect names, dates, wording, or information
Color shifts unless color matching was requested and approved
Poor-quality photos or screenshots
Customer-approved proofs
Changes requested after production has started

If MCR Gifts makes an error, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged or incorrect item
The packaging
The shipping label
Any visible damage

After reviewing the issue, MCR Gifts may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the situation.

Returned Packages and Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

MCR Gifts is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, carrier errors, weather delays, porch piracy, or packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or customer error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Refused Orders

Refused packages or orders returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges or restocking fees may apply where appropriate.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products as intended. MCR Gifts is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, washing mistakes, exposure to heat, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Website Information

We make every effort to display product photos, colors, sizes, descriptions, and details accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, product availability, handmade variations, or production methods.

MCR Gifts reserves the right to update product information, pricing, policies, and website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

MCR Gifts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, shipping carriers, customer-submitted files, or customer-approved designs.

Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Right to Refuse Service

MCR Gifts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving inappropriate content, copyright concerns, abusive communication, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
