Shipping Policy
At MCR Gifts, we want every order to arrive safely, accurately, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Time
Most in-stock items are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST may be eligible to ship the same business day, depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the item is custom or personalized.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time before shipping. Production time varies depending on the product, order size, design approval, and current workload.
Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be available for select orders. If you choose customer pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving to pick up your order, especially for custom or personalized items that require production time.
Handling Fees
MCR Gifts does not charge a handling fee for customer pickup orders placed over the phone. Online orders are also exempt from handling charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Additional delivery charges caused by customer error, including incorrect street address, apartment number, zip code, missing information, or address changes after shipping, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Please provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Once your order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email. After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Your email also allows us to contact you quickly if there is a question or issue with your order. We make every effort to resolve order concerns as quickly as possible to help ensure accurate and timely shipping.
Damaged Packages
We do our best to package all orders carefully. However, once a package leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of the package.
By default, MCR Gifts is not liable for damages beyond $100 per package caused by shipping accidents. At our discretion, MCR Gifts may issue a replacement, store credit, refund, or reshipment for damage claims up to $100.
For valuable shipments, we strongly recommend requesting additional declared value or insurance before the order ships. Additional fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
MCR Gifts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged due to carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, or porch piracy.
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, the customer is responsible for securing the package from the delivery location.
If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local carrier, building office, front desk, or delivery location first. We will do our best to assist with available tracking information.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO & International Orders
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may require adjusted shipping charges to ensure accurate shipping costs.
We will make every effort to use the shipping method that provides the best available rate. If shipping costs increase after the order is placed, we may contact you to confirm the new order total before shipping.
Tracking may not always be available for APO and FPO addresses. In those cases, you may contact us for the shipment date and available shipping details.
