Custom Order Policy
At MCR Gifts, we love helping our customers create meaningful, personalized gifts for every occasion. Because custom items are made especially for you, we ask that all customers carefully review the details below before placing a custom order.
Custom Design Approval
For personalized or custom-designed items, customers are responsible for providing the correct spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, wording, sizing, and any other details needed to complete the order.
If a proof or preview is provided, please review it carefully. Once you approve the design, we will begin production. After approval, MCR Gifts is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved proof, including spelling mistakes, wrong dates, incorrect names, incorrect sizing, design placement, or low-quality images provided by the customer.
Copyright Agreement
By placing an order and submitting artwork, you certify that:
You own the rights to the artwork, or you have permission or a license to reproduce the artwork.
We will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you have the legal right to use it. By submitting your file, artwork, logo, image, or design, you accept full responsibility for the content provided.
MCR Gifts reserves the right to refuse any artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property laws.
Photo, Artwork & File Quality
Customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality images and print-ready files whenever possible. We will do our best to create a beautiful finished product, but the final result depends heavily on the quality of the photo, artwork, or file provided.
Images or files that are blurry, dark, pixelated, cropped, low-resolution, screenshots, or not properly sized may not print as clearly as expected. If we notice a major issue, we may contact you before production, but customers are ultimately responsible for the quality and accuracy of the files they submit.
Color Differences
Please understand that colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your phone, computer, or tablet screen. Screen brightness, display settings, printing materials, and production methods can all affect how colors appear.
We do our best to produce accurate and vibrant colors, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless color matching is requested and approved before production. Color matching may require an additional fee and extra production time.
Changes After Ordering
We are happy to help with changes whenever possible. However, once a custom order has been approved or production has started, changes may not be possible.
If a change can still be made, additional design, production, or material fees may apply depending on the request.
Cancellations
Because custom orders are created specifically for each customer, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.
Once design work has started, materials have been prepared, or production has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refund and Responsibility Policy
All custom products are made to your submitted file specifications and approved order details. Because each item is personalized or custom-made, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by MCR Gifts.
We are not responsible for:
Low-resolution files
Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer
Color shifts unless color matching was requested and approved before production
Spelling errors submitted by the customer
Design errors submitted by the customer
Incorrect names, dates, wording, or information provided by the customer
Poor-quality images or screenshots
Changes requested after production has started
If a mistake is made by MCR Gifts, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. Once reviewed, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.
Production Time
Custom orders require time to design, prepare, and produce. Production times may vary depending on the item, order size, season, and current workload.
Rush orders may be available upon request, but they are not guaranteed unless confirmed by MCR Gifts before purchase. Rush fees may apply.
Final Note
We appreciate every customer and every order. Our goal is to create special, high-quality gifts that you are proud to give. Clear communication, accurate details, and quality artwork help us make your order the best it can be. We are always happy to answer questions before production begins.
